  • How do I order a Cocktailbox?

    You can easily order a Cocktailbox online. Simply choose the box you would like, the number of drinks, and then follow the steps in the checkout section.

    After placing your order you will receive a purchase confirmation and can expect your box to arrive at your door within 1 to 3 business days.

    At the time of delivery, we may ask you to sign for receipt. Please also note! The deliveryman may ask for valid identification as proof of age.

  • Can I offer Cocktailbox at my party?

  • When can I expect my Cocktailbox delivery?

    You can expect your box to arrive at your home within 1 to 3 business days of ordering.

    If after 3 days you haven't received your order, contact us at support@cocktailbox.com and we can help trace your order. 

    Be aware, that PostNL does not always leave a 'not home at the time of delivery note' in your mailbox. 

  • Can I also pick up my Cocktailbox order?

    You can also pick up your order at our shop.

    Please contact us in advance by calling +31 6 450 920 20 to avoid delays.

    If you decide to pick up your box we will deduct shipping costs for your order.

  • Can I return a Cocktailbox order?

    As Cocktailboxes contain perishable products, it is not always possible to return your purchase.

    If your box damaged upon arrival or no longer good? Please contact us immediately by email at support@cocktailbox.com  For more information read our returns policy on this website.

    With any support requests, please include your order number to help us to help you. 

  • Can I have it delivered to another address?

    At checkout, you will be given the option to have your box delivered to a different address.

    Have you already ordered and need to change the address? Please contact us ASAP by phone: +31 6 450 920 20

    If your box has not been shipped yet, we can happily change the delivery address for you.

  • Where can I use a coupon code?

    Have a coupon code? You can enter in your shopping cart on the website at the time of checking out.

    If you have a valid coupon code it will automatically discount your order and be calculated into your final price.
